Inconsistent housekeeping was evident, as garbage wasn't removed promptly from the room!!! The slippery surface in the accessible tub posed a safety risk, requiring caution during showers!!!

We were very disappointed to find the pool and hot tub closed during our stay. This was a significant factor in choosing this hotel, especially for our kids who were looking forward to swimming. To make matters worse, the information about the amenity being unavailable was not disclosed until we checked in, leaving us with no other options. We had to use the neighboring hotel's pool, which was overcrowded and lacked the relaxing atmosphere we hoped for.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and was very responsive to my needs, ensuring a smooth stay.

comfort inn was a great place to stay! the friendly staff made our visit special—beck at the front desk remembered us from our last trip. the breakfast was a highlight with rotating hot options like bacon and pancakes. we also loved the complimentary soup after a long day, a nice touch!

the check-in process was a bit slow. but the room was spacious and had a lovely sitting area. the staff were super helpful and friendly. we really enjoyed the warm cookies every evening. the shuttle to the clinic made everything so convenient.

The king suite was super comfy, with an air conditioning unit that kept the room at a perfect temp. Loved the walk-in shower with grab rails and the sitting area was great for relaxing. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day. Breakfast had tons of options, including fresh fruit and warm dishes. Really enjoyed the complimentary soup too!
